Traditionally our cases are billed on an hourly basis. However, we have developed pricing packages for couples that do not need the entire range of professional dispute resolution services that we have to offer.

Separation and Divorce Consultation: $600
Up to 3 hours of attorney mediator time
For couples that are thinking about separating or divorcing but have questions about the process or specific issues.
A certified attorney mediator will provide in depth consultation, identify legal issues that require additional resolution, and provide recommendations for next steps in the separation process.
- Preliminary case review, file preparation, intake documentation, scheduling, etc…
- 2-hour in-person or online mediation session
Managed Mutual Consent Divorce Package: $2200
Up to 12 hours of attorney mediator time
For couples that are almost entirely in agreement with each other and are ready to proceed with Maryland’s Mutual Consent expedited divorce.
A certified attorney mediator will work with the parties to facilitate a complete resolution, draft the separation agreement for your review, and provide all necessary court papers for Maryland’s Mutual Consent Divorce. 10 hours of attorney mediator time will include:
- Staff creating your client file in our office and obtaining all necessary onboarding documents.
- Mediator reviewing all intake documents and preparing your customized mediation schedule.
- 2 hour In-Person or Online Mediation session
- Mediation Session will cover all major issues from separation, support, asset and debt dissolution, etc.
- Mediator preparation of Marital Settlement Agreement.
- Communication with Mediator regarding any edits or changes to Marital Separation Agreement
- 1 hour in-person closing consultation to execute all documents and review ‘next steps.’
- Staff prepares all necessary court documents required for Mutual Consent Divorce.
Managed Mutual Consent Divorce w/ Children: $3000
Up to 17 hours of attorney mediator time
For couples with minor children that are almost entirely in agreement with each other and are ready to proceed with Maryland’s Mutual Consent expedited divorce.
A certified attorney mediator will work with the parties to facilitate a complete resolution, draft the separation agreement for your review, and provide all necessary court papers for Maryland’s Mutual Consent Divorce. Twelve hours of attorney mediator time will include:
- Staff creating your client file in our office and obtaining all necessary onboarding documents.
- Mediator reviewing all intake documents and preparing your customized mediation schedule.
- 2 hour In-Person or Online Mediation session
- Mediation Session will cover all major issues from separation, support, asset and debt dissolution, etc.
- Mediation will also cover children’s issues including custody and support.
- Mediator preparation of Marital Settlement Agreement.
- Marital Settlement Agreement will include co-parenting agreement, and child support worksheet if applicable.
- Communication with Mediator regarding any edits or changes to Marital Separation Agreement
- 1 hour in-person closing consultation to execute all documents and review ‘next steps.’
- Staff prepares all necessary court documents required for Mutual Consent Divorce.
How does our pricing differ from a divorce attorney?
Our Billings are calculated in the aggregate — you will not be charged one-tenth fractions of an hour per individual phone call, text message, or email. Instead, the total professional time is calculated for specific deliverables and rounded to the nearest quarter-hour. You will never receive clerical charges or administrative fees like at a traditional law firm.
Each case is unique and therefore the professional time requirement may differ on a case-to-case basis. If you do not utilize one of the above packages, or require time over the package allotment, our certified attorney mediators charge based on professional time at a rate specific to each attorney mediator.
